Elementary and Middle School Summer Camps
Camp Khabele 2012
At Camp Khabele, 1st-8th grade students delve into the inspiring world of Science and Art. Each week, kids explore an Arts theme (from photography to drama) or a Science theme (from astronomy to tinkering). Whichever themes they choose, you can be sure that your child will relish the Khabele experience – one in which creativity, curiosity, and caring are balanced with challenge and responsibility.
Drop in for a week or enjoy the whole summer with us. Price: $250/wk (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) or $300/wk (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) except for July 2-6, which is discounted ($200/$240) due to the July 4th holiday. Summer Camp runs from the week of June 18th to the week of July 23rd.
After-Camp Care & Shuttle
You may also register for after-camp care (3:30 to 5:30 pm) for $50 per week per child, and we are offering a shuttle for students who are dropped off/picked up at one campus but are attending camp at the alternate location. The shuttle schedule will be:
- Morning Shuttle:
8 AM: Shuttle picks up from Downtown Campus (807 Rio Grande; 78701)
8:30 AM: Shuttle drops kids off at Primavera Campus (6405 Manchaca Rd;78745) & picks kids up to go to Downtown Campus
9 AM: Shuttle drops kids off at Downtown Campus - Afternoon Shuttle:
3:30: Shuttle picks kids up from Downtown Campus (807 Rio Grande; 78701)
4 PM: Shuttle drops kids off at Primavera (6405 Manchaca Rd;78745) & picks kids up to go the Downtown Campus (807 Rio Grande; 78701)
4:30 PM: Shuttle drops kids off at Downtown Campus (807 Rio Grande; 78701)

Online Registration
To register online, please fill out the following form for each child attending camp. Upon completion of the form you will be given instructions on how to pay via Credit Card or by check. You may either pay in full or pay a $50 deposit for each camp, with the remainder charged the week each camp begins. If you do not notify us by May 15th, your place is confirmed and you will be billed for tuition in full.
